四川华威石油工程有限公司成立于 2007 年，是一家专业化油气田开发技术服务公司，公司业务以井下作业、完井、测井、修井、固井技术为核心的一体化服务能力专业化公司。前身成都皖东仪表电缆成套系统有限公司成立于 2000 年。历经 20 多年不断研发积累，从地面工程建设井口到集输，不断与中国及国际品牌高新技术公司以及各大院校深度合作。公司拥有，研发专家团队，技术团队，着力推进针对油田开采新技术的创新，为客户不断提供一体化解决方案。为客户提供油气田开发、管道建设及生产运维、无损检测、计量器具检定、化学药剂、环保处理系统、污水处理、生产作业管理及生产运维、自动化控制系统及油气田数字化管理、油气田增产增效开发技术一体化解决方案。拥有一批自主专项技术知识产权产品，稠油开采（热采、冷采），压力酸化，分层注水，控水增油，油藏改造，化学除垢，油井井筒及管道高效除蜡剂，原油降凝剂，天然气管道减堵剂，保压取心，井下工具，作业化学材料，以高新技术及装备配套完整一体化服务能力。公司拥有项目总承包：(EPC)项目工程，采购，施工，生产作业及生产运营维护管理工作。

       公司总部设立在成都，现有员工 370 余人，其中各类工程技术人员 146 人，教授级专家 2 人、二级建造师 5 名，造价师 3 名，高级工程师 9 名，工程师 52 名，与国际知名品牌，斯仑贝谢，贝克休斯，壳牌，横河，艾普莱斯，霍尼韦尔，福克斯波罗，ABB，罗斯蒙特等国际油服公司建立长期合作。国内与西仪横河与杭州和力时等及高等院校建立良好的技术支撑与合作。在国内、外建立多个生产服务基地，设立了海外四大地区注册分公司及办事处，分别是，中亚大区（哈萨克斯坦分公司），中东大区（伊拉克国家分公司），非洲大区（乍得国家分公司，尼日尔国家分公司），阿联酋迪拜办事处，俄罗斯代表处；国内设有香港分公司，北京公司及办事处，西安办事处，兰州办事处，敦煌办事处，新疆办事处，重庆办事处，成都总部。公司建立完善了质量安全管理体系，并通过了 GB/T19001-2008/ISO9001:2008 质量管理体系认证；GB/T28001-2001 职业健康安全管理体系认证；GB/T24001-2004/ISO14001:2004 环境管理体系认证。

The predecessor, Chengdu Wandong Instrument Cable Complete System Co., Ltd., was established in 2000. After more than 20 years of continuous research and development accumulation, from surface engineering construction of wellhead to gathering and transportation, we have continuously cooperated deeply with Chinese and international brand high-tech companies and various universities. The company has a team of R&D experts and a technical team, focusing on promoting innovation in new technologies for oilfield exploitation, and continuously providing integrated solutions for customers.
